Did You See the Tuesday Sales Bits?
I can’t believe it! Ann didn’t listen to my barking and missed posting the Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals yesterday!
But that’s okay! We’re making it one better! We’re featuring a project with something from the deal!
Can you guess which one it is?
How I Saved the Day
I’m sure after reading yesterday’s post, you’d like to find out how I saved the day…
Yes, Ann was getting ready for my favorite huMAN to take her to the airport on Friday. As she was getting her last items packed when they smelled something burning. Not quite an electrical smell – Ann was afraid that the roofers had knocked something loose and the insulation was smoldering.
What to do? The smell was getting stronger.
Blue & Green Christmas
Do you like blue and green for Christmas decorations and cards? Or are you a traditional red & green kind of card maker?
I love all the color combos, but what’s yours?
How about this one in Lost Lagoon and Mossy Meadow?
It’s Exciting to Save!
Is Stampin’ Up! crazy? For the first time that I can remember, Stampin’ Up! is offering 15% off on all their stamp sets!
And you can buy as much as you want! Here’s how to maximize your savings!
One Set, Three Holidays
Have you ever bought something just before it went on sale?
I know Ann has. And she doesn’t like that feeling and she doesn’t want you to have it either. Some places can correct the price after the fact, but sometimes they can’t.
We showed how to do a Fall or Thanksgiving invitation with Project Life Seasonal Snapshot 2015 stamp set yesterday.
So if you like that I’m showing you a second holiday with this stamp set and you feel that you should go shopping, TOMORROW IS A GOOD DAY TO GET IT.
Need a Fall Invitation?
Are you having company for Thanksgiving dinner? Having a wine tasting of the fall varietals?
Then you need an invitation! And we’ve got one with you using a set that you may not have looked at before now.
It’s the Project Life Seasonal Snapshot 2015 on page 38 of the Holiday Catalog. And you don’t have to be a scrapbooker to use it.
October is Pastor Appreciation Month!
October is a good month to be thankful. And it’s the perfect time to send your pastor a thank you card – even if you haven’t warmed up the pews in a while.
Isn’t the Internet Quirky Lately?
And onto our next flipping project. Yes, we’re going to flip the card just like you flip a house.
The original card was in this post. Then the other night at stamp club, they flipped it into a fall card using about the same amount of effort.
And this is what they came up with…
It was the Best of Times
It was the best of times. It was the worst of times.
I think I read that somewhere.
I’m wondering if it’s a full moon out there! (It was a New Moon.) Everyone had experienced an interesting day before coming to Stamp Club last night. Even Ann!
And me too! I was SO EXCITED when …
Card Making Supplies on Sale Today!
It’s Tuesday again and you know what that means!
It means it’s time for Ann to stock up on those Metal Rimmed Pearls! We’re just loving them and hope you do too!
Here’s what else is on sale just in time for Christmas Cards!
And while I’m on the subject, remember that tomorrow we’ll be releasing our…
Stressfree Christmas Tips
Wouldn’t you like to have a stressfree Christmas this year?
Can we help you with that? I think we can.
We’ll get to the list in a minute, but first – did you know that coloring relieves stress? It’s almost as good as meditation!
And here’s the one set Christmas card to make that could help you alleviate stress.
I’m Coming Out!
Yes. I’m coming out! I’m actually a small human in a Jack Russell Terrier body.
Since today’s Coming Out Day, I just thought I’d take this chance to tell you.
And before I give you other unorthodox reasons to give a card this week, I’d like to share a monochromatic Christmas card we made AFTER we adjusted the camera.
Here’s the first version:
Is It Too Soon?
Is it too soon to show Christmas ideas? I’d bark “No!” because we’re already in the 12 weeks before Christmas.
Ann has already sent out 2 cool Christmas projects. And here’s one that *I* picked out.
It’s a gift card presenter – but I’d put dog treats in it.
Or some of you might light to put some chocolate candy in there. (Just don’t get it
Starting My Mojo Late Today
Getting a roof on is like having an earthquake over your head some days.
We are now entering day 3 of the process and they’re shoring up the garage roof so that Ann can put me in my chariot safely.
But when Ann started to assemble my card last night, we discovered that we shouldn’t keep the windows open. There’s a reason why they put all those tarps on the ground and a fine layer of dust is on my card stock!
Right Out of the Box!
Did you get to make some cards this weekend to celebrate World Cardmaking Day? Yes? Great!
Is your answer “No”? Well, here’s a little secret….
Try some of the Stampin’ Up! kits!
There are lots of them on page 152-155 of the Stampin’ Up! catalog. They’ve even got them in the front of the Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog. (Don’t even THINK about the Witching Hat because
