I Can’t Even Sleep!

I Can’t Even Sleep!

Do you have problems sleeping just before something big happens? When does it happen for you?

The night before a trip?
The night before Christmas?
The night before your wedding?
How about before a big sale?

We are so excited around here at Central Bark! I don’t remember if I let it slip that we lost our refrigerator the same weekend that the fire trucks came. (You can read about it in this post.)

So ever since October 24th, we’ve been living out of an…

Stamping Ninja

Stamping Ninja

I don’t know what got into Ann last night, but she was a bit of a Stamping Ninja!

First, she was on a Delightful Dijon kick. She made two – or was it three – cards with that as the main color.

Yellow is so unlike her! So I finally got her normalized by having her make something with her favorite color: Real Red

Bright Fall Thank You Card

Bright Fall Thank You Card

Do you remember when Old Olive was in the Earth Elements color family?

I was just a babe when it happened.

In 2010 or so, they regrouped the color families to where they are now. No more Earth Elements and Old Olive is now…

Did You Turn Your Clocks Back on Zero Tasking Day?

Did You Turn Your Clocks Back on Zero Tasking Day?

I’m not sure how I’m supposed to handle Zero Tasking Day, but I’m sure that there’s some sleep involved.

I’m also not sure if there’s a card involved. But if you’re looking for a wild and crazy thing to send your friend a card for, here are some ideas that are coming up this week:

I Didn’t Know Ranch Dressing Could Be So Good!

I Didn’t Know Ranch Dressing Could Be So Good!

Oh what fun it was to find an errant piece of garbage and rustle it when Ann was on the live online stamp class last night.

I don’t get any people food around here other than peanut butter, apples and carrots so I didn’t know that ranch dressing could be so good!

While we’re waiting for a new refrigerator, Ann had found some inexpensive salads at the grocery store along with some small packets of salad dressing. My favorite huMAN was sequestered in his reading room so Ann had to excuse herself to retrieve the packet.

I complied as soon as….

Plan Your Weekend

Plan Your Weekend

Just in case you haven’t made plans for Halloween night, I want to remind you that you can sleep in a little extra on Sunday morning.

So here’s a little picture you can keep to remind you.

Did You See the Tuesday Sales Bits?

Did You See the Tuesday Sales Bits?

I can’t believe it! Ann didn’t listen to my barking and missed posting the Stampin’ Up! Weekly Deals yesterday!

But that’s okay! We’re making it one better! We’re featuring a project with something from the deal!

Can you guess which one it is?

How I Saved the Day

How I Saved the Day

I’m sure after reading yesterday’s post, you’d like to find out how I saved the day…

Yes, Ann was getting ready for my favorite huMAN to take her to the airport on Friday. As she was getting her last items packed when they smelled something burning. Not quite an electrical smell – Ann was afraid that the roofers had knocked something loose and the insulation was smoldering.

What to do? The smell was getting stronger.

Blue & Green Christmas

Blue & Green Christmas

Do you like blue and green for Christmas decorations and cards? Or are you a traditional red & green kind of card maker?

I love all the color combos, but what’s yours?

How about this one in Lost Lagoon and Mossy Meadow?

It’s Exciting to Save!

It’s Exciting to Save!

Is Stampin’ Up! crazy? For the first time that I can remember, Stampin’ Up! is offering 15% off on all their stamp sets!

And you can buy as much as you want! Here’s how to maximize your savings!

One Set, Three Holidays

One Set, Three Holidays

Have you ever bought something just before it went on sale?

I know Ann has. And she doesn’t like that feeling and she doesn’t want you to have it either. Some places can correct the price after the fact, but sometimes they can’t.

We showed how to do a Fall or Thanksgiving invitation with Project Life Seasonal Snapshot 2015 stamp set yesterday.

So if you like that I’m showing you a second holiday with this stamp set and you feel that you should go shopping, TOMORROW IS A GOOD DAY TO GET IT.

Need a Fall Invitation?

Need a Fall Invitation?

Are you having company for Thanksgiving dinner? Having a wine tasting of the fall varietals?

Then you need an invitation! And we’ve got one with you using a set that you may not have looked at before now.

It’s the Project Life Seasonal Snapshot 2015 on page 38 of the Holiday Catalog. And you don’t have to be a scrapbooker to use it.

October is Pastor Appreciation Month!

October is Pastor Appreciation Month!

October is a good month to be thankful. And it’s the perfect time to send your pastor a thank you card – even if you haven’t warmed up the pews in a while.

Isn’t the Internet Quirky Lately?

Isn’t the Internet Quirky Lately?

And onto our next flipping project. Yes, we’re going to flip the card just like you flip a house.

The original card was in this post. Then the other night at stamp club, they flipped it into a fall card using about the same amount of effort.

And this is what they came up with…

It was the Best of Times

It was the Best of Times

It was the best of times. It was the worst of times.

I think I read that somewhere.

I’m wondering if it’s a full moon out there! (It was a New Moon.) Everyone had experienced an interesting day before coming to Stamp Club last night. Even Ann!

And me too! I was SO EXCITED when …
