It’s the Project Life Seasonal Snapshot 2015 on page 38 of the Holiday Catalog.  And you don’t have to be a scrapbooker to use it.

You can use one of the two stitching style stamps to give it more texture.  By starting them from opposite edges of the card front, you’ll even add a little more interest.  The photopolymer helps with this.
