Last night was our local Stamp Club night.  It’s always nice to have the ladies come and love on me.  They take turns opening up the patio door for me.  They even helped with the set up since we hadn’t completely finished putting the front room together after our DIY Painting Experience.  (Learn more about THAT here.)

Our second new catalog order had just come.  Ann literally ripped the box open and made this card.

It’s the first time we had everyone together in a couple months and the first time to mash up with the new Stampin’ Up! catalog.

What do you think the most popular item was?

Waterlily Thank You Card

Actually, the ordering was all over the board, but the 2015-17 IN Color Card Stock & Ink Pad Bundle was king.  And those who ordered it were smart shoppers – they ordered the matching ink refills as the same time.

That’s important so that you never run out.  Your ink pads will never run dry!

They used the new Whisper White Thick Card Stock for their card bases.  That stuff is so nice and sturdy!  No more drunken cards that fall over when quick, cute dog breezes by.

You really only need to use the Whisper White Thick Card Stock for the base.  Our regular Whisper White is still the best for stamping and layering.  And you really can’t tell the difference between the two except for the weight.  The new Thick version is 100 pound.  (The labels on the first set of packages are incorrect.  They say 80 lb., but we’ll soon be into the right label.)

You don’t need a label to tell you this stuff is thicker and just right for a card base.  You can tell when you pick the package up.  It’s heavier than normal!

Just click on any of the pictures below to get more information about what we used to make this impressive card or to rev up your shopping cart.

And if you need a chauffeur to drive that cart, I’m all yours!  Just use the current host code GMBBBBBC and we’ll include a small gift when we send you our thank you card for shopping with us.

PSSST!  We’re sending a card base of the new Whisper White Thick Card Stock with our cards this month for last month’s clients.  Hope they like it!
