We didn’t make a regular sized card. Instead, we used the Basic White Notecards & Envelopes. You get 20 cards and 20 envelopes for just $10. They make a 5″ x 3-1/2″ card with 5-1/8″ x 3-5/8″ envelopes. That’s the smallest sized envelope you can mail with a First Class stamp.
