Have You Ever Made a Road Trip Card?

Have you made a road trip card? Have you ever been on a road trip? Who did you take with you?

Did you take your pup? Did you take your spouse? Ann’s mom went on a long trip with her gal pals all the way down the West Coast.

That’s not such a thing today, but back in the 1930’s, 27 year old young ladies didn’t usually take road trips like that.

I know it wasn’t in a Volkswagon bus. Those weren’t even invented yet. In any case, my favorite huMAN loved it. Of course! It was blue!

Did You Enjoy the Special 2-22-22 Tuesday?

I know we did! We got together with some of our favorite stampers and made a card together. Then we gave about about $170 in stamps and stuff.

We’ll be doing it again in March. Just got to pick the date. Be watching for it. You won’t want to miss it.

I’ll share the card they made soon. You’ll love it and no two were alike.

Now, Back to That Bus

We didn’t use the Horizon Dies, but they just ran out last night. I’m sure they’ll be back in stock soon, but I don’t know how soon.

We did use that New Horizons patterned paper that is so popular right now. It’s so unique that I hope Stampin’ Up! continue to have it in the catalog when the new one comes out in early May.

Offsetting the Watercolor Paper with the bus and the patterned paper really makes the difference with this card. It was just the one thing that made it all work. And getting the car stamp set free didn’t hurt either!
