Where do you get your mojo from?

  • From a sketch?
  • From a color combo?
  • From copying something that you saw?

Today’s card started with a sketch.  And, of course, you don’t have to do it EXACTLY like the sketch, so here’s what we came up with.

Mojo Thank You Card

But apparently, we were working our creative genius a bit too hard because I passed Ann a piece of Stampin’ Up!’s old Brushed Silver Metallic Paper instead of the Silver Foil card stock.

OOPS!

They’re not offering that right now.  It may show up on the Clearance Rack one day, but for right now, I should’ve used the Silver Foil Card Stock.

Mojo Thank You Card

Must be that extra 3.4 pounds that Ann gained while at the Stampin’ Up! Convention in Salt Lake City that threw us off.

Do you notice that the card is thinner than normal?  Yep.  We meant for that to happen.  That way, we can have the flower come off the side and still get it to easily fit inside a nice Very Vanilla envelope.

Gotta say that I do just love this card, don’t you?  We made it with you in mind.  Yep.  We appreciate you and we might not even know you!  Or maybe we do.

You’re the one who stamps, right?

If you want to make a card something like this, here is a list of what we used so that you can stock up on the right things.  And if you live in Arizona (8/1-2) or Georgia (ends today), you can get some of these items tax free!
