Playing the Pink Friend Card

Ann was up playing late to make this pink friend card and I just love it! You could make it in any color, but we had decided in advance that Pretty in Pink was going to be the featured color.

Here’s what she came up with.

We chatted about making those falling leave Soft Sea Foam but switched up to Misty Moonlight. I think we made the right choice.

The card that inspired us looks nothing like this, but it did get us started. It was something from our online store that our friend Kay pointed out to us. You can see it here.

We still might make that card, but we couldn’t locate the dies.

And these Textured Notes Dies are on the Lat Chance List! YIKES! I’m going to miss them!

You see, we received an email from one of our Sacramento friends. She loves Pretty in Pink, but it will be going on the Last Chance List soon. The current Annual Catalog ends May 4th. May 5th is when the new 2026-2028 IN Colors will be released. That means that Pretty in Pink will have to go away to help make room for the new stuff.

There are a couple ways you can look at this. You could wait until they’re released as Last Chance Products. They may or may not be discounted. And they may sell out before you’re ready to shop.

Or you can start looking at your supplies now and stock up as needed knowing that the deadline is coming. Here’s what to think about:
