It’s been a couple few days around here with Ann going to Jury Duty – and then getting excused. So we’re getting back on track with a pink Valentine card.
Tuesday night our local stamp club came and used this set to make a box and a bag. But we used it differently for today’s card.
For Tuesday night, Ann put several stamps onto a Size E Acrylic Block. They stamped Pretty Peacock onto Pool Party cardstock for their box project.
For this project, Ann stamped Basic White Craft ink onto Pretty in Pink cardstock. When she was sure it was dry, she ran it through our Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the new Hearts of Love 3D Embossing Folder.
To top that off, Ann got out the Loose Valentine’s Assortment and took some hearts and the cool little envelope and attached them to the front of the card.
This assortment is perfect for shaker cards. But if you get this cool little assortment and want to use them like this, here’s how you do it:
♦ Just drop a tiny dot of Liquid Glue onto your card where you want to put your embellishment
♦ Pick up your embellishment with the glue end of your Take Your Pick Tool.
♦ Place the embellishment on the tiny dot of Liquid Glue
♦ Give it time to dry before doing anything crazy with it.
