Deceiving Birthday Card

I must bark that this birthday card is deceiving! Well, the birthday card isn’t deceiving, but the camera made the colors look different than they do in real life.

Can you guess the colors?

I don’t know about your screen, but on this one, the dark borders do not look like the color it really is. And the blue looks a little more turquoise than light blue. Have you guessed them yet?
