Blue & Green Christmas Tree Card

What colors do you use to decorate for Christmas? Is it the traditional red and green? that’s why we made this blue and green Christmas Tree card – to remind you that Christmas doesn’t have to just be red and green.

Some people decorate with purple decorations on their tree. Others are multicolored. we chose blue and green which just happened to match a scrap piece of patterned paper that we had laying around Ann’s desk.

We could’ve used any Christmas tree but decided to use the masks that came with the Frosted Forest bundle to make the tree using Soft Sea Foam, Old Olive and Mossy Meadow colors.

And it was all inspired by the lost little piece of the Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper on Ann’s desk. Well, it wasn’t lost. She was just saving it for something and this Blue and Green Christmas Tree Card was it!

Now, those of you who are already done with your Christmas cards, but there are many more who, like us, haven’t started. Have you decided on the colors? Have you decided on a stamp set or a style?

There is no right or wrong answer. The beauty of stamping is that you can make the kind of Christmas cards you want – whether it be a log cabin in the snow or a manger.
