We’ve had this stamp set for a while and I’m so glad we finally got around to making a Sea Turtle card.

Do you remember it? It’s on page 83 of the latest annual catalog. And here’s what we did with it.

And to top it off, we used a color that we don’t use very often – Soft Sea Foam.

We thought about using a smaller die than we did so that you would see more of the turtle. (I hope he’s not offended.) but we decided to just use 2 stamp sets and the dies that match one of those sets.

The Seat Turtle stamp set is one of those reversible stamp sets. You can use the detail part of the stamp in a dark color. the use the flat back of it with a lighter color.

We’d decided to use Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon. But once we decided on Soft Sea Foam as a contender, the lattice die seemed to be the perfect addition to complete the layout.
