What are you doing today? Ann and my favorite huMAN are having some friends over to cheer for the red team the Super Bowl Sunday.

Super Bowl Sunday

Now, some of the humans coming are also SeaHawks fans, but we are all cheering for the red team today.

You see, the San Francisco 49ers are kind of the local team. There are a lot of fans here locally – especially now that they’re going to the Super Bowl.

But we have 3 reasons to cheer for Kansas City:

  • The pastor at our church is from Kansas City and is a HUGE fan.
  • Ann used Patrick Mahomes as her Fantasy Football Quarterback and came in 2nd.
  • Patrick Mahomes attended Texas Tech about the time that my human niece went there.
    • She graduated and later started working on her Masters
    • He bypassed his senior year to join the NFL.
    • Look how that turned out.

So we’re cheering for the Red Team

  • All the good plays.
  • All the good sportsmanship.
  • You can bet we’re going to cheer all the touchdowns too.

Why? Because we don’t want our SeaHawks to get beat by #2. There! I’ve barked it!

The humans are going to eat a lot as well.
