And here’s a video I made with Ann (before we started making them shorter).  You’ll see that having the Scallop Circle Die is an important part of mass producing this card.  You COULD use the Starburst Framelits, but you’d only be able to cut one or two at a time.  With the Scallop Circle Bigz Die, you can cut several layers at once.
