Ann remembers our friend Coral who moved away. She always liked vertical greetings. It’s been a long time since Stampin’ Up! carried a vertical greeting stamp set. Glad they finally brought one back.
I must say that a little use of the markers made all the difference and here’s why….
You see, we had done all the stamping and adhering the cardstock together to make the card. But it just didn’t look right! There was nothing to connect the Flirty Flamingo cardstock with anything on the card. And the only Old Olive was on that border.
Markers to the rescue!
When Ann wasn’t looking, I grabbed a couple markers in my mouth and went to town. I put Flirty Flamingo across quickly with the brush tip. then I took a Pear Pizzazz marker and did the same. I picked Pear Pizzazz because it’s lighter and easier to see against the Chocolate Chip.
Don’t you agree?
There’s not an overabundance of room to write so you don’t have to be very eloquent. That’s perfect for me!
