Every now & then I have to excuse myself from the set. This time was one of them. Once I saw the poison that Ann would be dealing with, I high tailed it out into the yard.

Ann,
I really love your videos and can’t wait for the next card in your 12 weeks of Christmas. I am fairly new to your blog but love receiving all the emails. Keep them coming.
That seems like your internet connection is slow. Try this:
1. Click the HD sign. If it’s blue, it’s playing in High Definition which may be too big for you.
2. Let it play & stop until it’s done. Then click the play button & it should play all the way through. At least that’s what our friends who have DSL do.
Let us know if this works. We have super revved up cable so we usually don’t have this problem – unless we’ve had the computer on for days without rebooting.
We’re no ‘puter geeks, but we’ve been around a while. We’re open to other suggestions.
I really enjoy the videos but I must have a problem with my settings on my laptop and I don’t know how to change it. I can only watch about 1/2 a sentence then it pauses and downloads some more and says a few more words then stops again. But I have been able to watch them before and I do really enjoy them. Keep up the good work.
Ann,
I just love your videos and I hope you never stop doing them. I especially like your “tips” because I don’t always think of the things you do and my customers tell me the same thing. Keep them comin’!
