I've heard about these ladies. Ann comes home with some pretty nice stories about them every year! She left me behind so that she could go to Sacramento to the Ritzy Glitzy Convention for the Red Hat ladies.
There is red & purple everywhere as the day starts off with a Pajama Party right after breakfast. That's when the Red Hatters get a chance to shop & do crafts.
It was a Pirates Plunder at the Bucaneer's Bash. These gals sure to know how to have fun! Carol & her crew sure do know how to put on a party! There were over 250 women who partied all weekend at the Doubletree in Sacramento.

Those of you who are in the Make A Card Today program may have seen the prototype for this cool project that everyone did.
This mirror card can be used as a card or as a gift tag. Click to look close & you'll see where they put their choice of Basic Rhinestone or Basic Pearls & several greetings. Real Red, Very Vanilla & Elegant Eggplant were the colors and the Big Shot made it easier for Ann to cut all the pieces (with my guidance, of course!)
Now that the Ritzy Glitzy even is over, things will settle down as we get readyh for our Sacramento Rubbah & Craft sale on Labor Day Saturday & our big Sacramento Mystery Hostess party on Seotember 8th in Fair Oaks. Want details? Just ask!
