On Sunday, Ann went to a Car Show & BBQ Cookoff held at our church. I could've gone, but they would've had to come back to get me so I told them to go on without me. (I'm gracious like that.) You can click on any of these pictures to see a nice close up – or scroll down for a new old stampin' idea.
There were tons of people there. The line on the right is for the Barbeque Tri-Tip dinner. They not only had cars, but they also had motorcycles on display.
They had some professional car peeps there. One couple had a red Chevy pick up. The lady had red jewelry & they both had red shirts. They even had red chairs & a red umbrella! That truck was as sweet as this '57 Chevy & both of them placed.
In fact, this '57 Chevy even had it's own pet '57 Chevy!
Even my buddy Loren from up the street brought the family Corvette down to share. That's the one the Ann & my favorite huMAN voted for. He's got a soft spot for Corvettes

There's been some rumbling in the jungle about the Tapestry Technique. Ann learned it about 10 years ago from her online friend, Pat. Now it's out & about again! We used it here with the Stampin' Up! Fabulous Florets stamp set.
The focal flower is from our new set we just got called Button Buddies. The greeting is from Curly Cute. The colors? More Mustard, Cherry Cobbler & Elegant Eggplant. Not bad for the first try in years, I'd say! And always much prettier & more impressive in person.
Can't wait to stamp with Ann's Yuba City Stamp Club tonight. Oh, they love me so! But there's room for you as a guest! Then you can rub a little luck off of our latest Barking Board winner Cindy. Just let us know! She may just call out "the next round of stamps are on me!". You just never know!
It's a grrrrreat time to be the blog dog of a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
