Long post!  There's a project & a point – just not in that order!

SAMS-7 Dwarfs I work hard so that Ann can earn a Service Account Manager each year.  Not everyone gets one & we want one so that we can give YOU better customer service.  It's good to know that not only does Ann get Becky as her SAM (who is here masquerading as Dopey), she has this crack team of them to help her if Becky's ever out of the office.  (thank you, Max, & Stampin' Up! for the pics.)Becky as Dopey Sorry.  Becky's nose in on the bed on this one.  (Believe me!  I'm in trouble for showing you THIS picture!)

While these pictures may look silly, they show how much artistic ability the team at the Stampin' Up! home office has – even in the non-artistic jobs.  And if they'll put that much effort into Halloween, just imagine what they do for us as demonstrators!

Much like joining our team of 24/7 Stampers!  For a limited time, Ann is offering new demonstrators on our team a Stampin' Up! apron once they've held their 3rd workshop.  You just have to join this week to take advantage of this opportunity.  You can see the apron & find out more here about how you can join us.  Better yet, call us at 530-674-5090 so we can chat.  Talking to you would be MUCH more fun than all those political calls!

OK – now for the part where you have to cross your heart & promise not to tell!  I mean it!

JanP

Today was our oldest customer's birthday celebration.  She's not the eldest – she's been a customer since the very beginning – almost 12 years ago.  In fact, about 12 years ago this time of year, Jan & Ann used to go to stamp camps at the now closed Ben Franklin store.

Jan was there at Ann's Guinea Girl Party on April 1, 1999. That was a practice workshop that Ann did with her friends Jan & Shella & a few of their friends & relatives.  Ann did it so that she would know how long it took to set up once she got to her hostess' home.  Everyone survived & the rest is history.

But Jan can tell you that – well, to put it nicely – Ann didn't have the style that I've since taught her.  Good thing that it didn't dawn on Ann that being a good stamper wasn't a prerequisite & that she could LEARN THAT QUICKLY after becoming a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.  We have so many more things in place to help you these days than they did then!

So about the secret – Ann made this card in about 10 minutes before she went to the luncheon yesterday.  Doesn't mean that she didn't put all her affection in it.  Just means that it took Ann longer to translate my Jack Russel Mind Meld before she  put it to paper.

I uses the Curly Cute stamp set (Wood-#117014 Clear-#120510) & the Vintage Wallpaper Big Shot Embossing Folder.  Love that Candy Cane Big Designer Button & the IN Color 1/2" Poly Stitched Ribbon.  It may not look like it, but that's Very Vanilla cardstock along with Blushing Bride & Concord Crush.  Even the ribbon was a scrap off the table that we'd cut too short for a different project.

Still, because Jan LOVES purple, this was the perfect card for her milestone birthday.
