Yesterday they featured Cakes by Nancy on the front page of our local paper. I don't read the paper as closely as I did when I was a pup, but they wrote about her bakery moving to bigger digs in town & offering desserts. (photo courtesy of Appeal Democrat)
On December 12th @ 12 Noon Ann will be holding an event at Nancy's where you can make as many designer gift tags as you'd like. There will be 6 to 8 designs that you can copy. We'll be previewing a few of them here soon. It's only $10 & you only pay for the tags you make. Starting at just 25 cents each, they'll be very affordable & fun. Your friends & family may keep these designer tags longer than the gift!
Today's tag is one that Ann did at workshops in the winter of 2008. This is more like a lower priced tag will be at the Christmas Tag, You're It! event. Just imagine how cool they'll be with THIS year's colors, stamps AND the BIG SHOT! I can see the Big Shot embossed tags now! It gives me chills just thinking about how much fun you'll have!

You can read about Nancy's new shop here. She's turning it to a bakery PLUS a dessert place so when you come to our Christmas Tag, You're It! event, you can take a cake break in between projects! I'd come, but they don't let dogs in where the good human food is.
