My typist has got to do some pretty fast strokes to get this Pretty Birthday Card idea to you today.

We started to tell you about it yesterday, but as she started to type, the site went down for maintenance. We waited about 45 minutes but then she gave up & went to bed.

She started to type this tonight and then BANG! She thought a gun had gone off! My favorite huMAN’s truck started singing, but the computer stayed on. We’ve got a battery backup for this computer, but it won’t last long. So I hope she’ll type fast because I like this pretty new birthday card.

At first, she thought she only had 15 minutes, but the battery backup is now saying 30. WHEW!

Turns out, it’s the transformer across the street that’s on the edge of the orchard. No wonder it was so loud!

I Must Bark Thank You!

First, we’d like to thank PG&E for showing up so quickly. Ann called them about 10 minutes after it happened and they were here less than 10 minutes later.

But honestly, I’d like to thank those of you who hung out with us on Tuesday for the live stream. I hope you love the card as much as we do. And half of the card was done with brand new stuff that was just released yesterday.

It may seem strange but she does better when she has her special show glasses on…..and she didn’t.
