One Card, Two Ways

Ann made a fun little square card the other day. She liked it so much that she made that one card, two ways so she could share it with you on Tuesday’s live stream.

Were you there? Before we share the replay, let me share a picture of the two projects together.

Two Little Square Cards

These cards are 4-1/4″ square. The one with the beige card base is the one she did on Monday. The one with the Strawberry Slush card base was made on the live stream with our viewers.

They’re a great size because they’ll fit in a regular Stampin’ Up! Medium Envelope without paying extra postage.

They Call This the Spotlighting Technique

It really didn’t take long to color the flowers. And two of the four colors she used are on sale for 15% off because they’re 2025-2027 IN Colors. And the patterned paper we used is on the same special too!

Ann wasn’t thinking about the name of the technique. She just knew that she wanted to pick a few flowers to feature. But yes! Spotlighting, it is!

These two closer pictures aren’t as clear as we’d like, but you can see we used the same colors to color with the Stampin’ Blends. That’s what we call our alcohol markers.
