Encircled with Love in the Clouds Card

this is not the card we planned today but we like how we made an Encircled with Love in the Clouds card out of it.

Who wouldn’t feel special if they saw love in the clouds? And we put it there – even though it was a plan B.

What Made the Difference

The first thing we noticed was that the piece we had for the card base was 3/4″ short! OOPS! But Ann rolled with it and decided to use it as a bit of visual interest. Some might even call it a fun fold card because part of it is missing on the front. But I like that part of plan B.

Then, once Ann got everything put together on the front. The 3/4″ strips of Everyday Skies Designer Series Paper were on the Night of Navy panel. And the panel was on the “adjusted” card base.

That’s when she noticed that she hadn’t stamped the Peaceful View image on the 3/4″ strips before she cut it. And before she assembled it.

That was a huge oops because that was the whole motivation to make the card!

What Would You Do?
