Love Life Card

Happy Fathers Day! Before I show you my love life card, I need to thank Marci for sending my favorite huMAN a Father’s Day card. He loved it!

It made him so happy. The first thing he said was “send some more!”.

Now, About That Love Life Card

Ann’s Fathers Day card is a bit different. And that’s just another good thing about making your own cards.

Ann made this because she wants my favorite huMAN to know how much she loves her life. And she hopes he does too.

My favorite huMAN likes blue, so we featured Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock. But here’s the interesting thing: the bee’s stripes aren’t black!

Can you guess what color we used?

She stamped the stripes in Secret Sea! But they sure look black to me! Don’t you agree?

And the patterned paper is actually the Irresistible Designs Specialty Designer Series Paper on page 116. It looks plain but once you use blending brushes to apply ink, the pattern appears!

Of course, the pattern will appear even more once you take a Kleenex and rub it after you apply enough ink.
