A new stamp set arrived yesterday and we couldn’t wait to use it to make this golden heart Valentine. We haven’t made this style card for a long time.

I hope we picked the right colors. We’re a little out of practice. We decided on Flirty Flamingo, Very Vanilla and Pecan Pie. We considered Copper Clay and perhaps a lighter pink but this is how it came out.

Of course, we added Calypso Coral and Old Olive once we decided to put a flower on there. A different color flower might pop more. Even white would work.

It might be a bit busy, but it’s unlike any other Valentine we’ve made recently. Kind of vintage. Of course, if it’s not your style, we have 150 Valentine ideas here that you can get inspired by.
