Americana Valentine Card

What colors do you like to use for your Valentine cards? We decided that today’s card would be an Americana Valentine card. Or a Valentine with old American colors starting with Very Vanilla, Basic Beige, Real Red and Misty Moonlight.

Usually, we would use Cherry Cobbler, but the Very Vanilla seemed to mute the Real Red so it still looks “old world”.

It may be old world colors but don’t think it’s an old world style. What do you think?

I think it’s a bit different from what Ann usually makes.

Tried Anything Different Lately?

We’re always trying something different – or at least try to. Getting new stamps can help with that. Each new set we get gives us an opportunity to look at things a little differently.
