We Loved Designing This Pastel Birthday Card

Here’s how it went: Ann liked a card made by one of her demonstrator friends. Ann made her version as a pastel birthday card and we love it!

And it didn’t take that long to make! All she had to do was mix and match her stamps sets, dies and papers. She also loved the design process.

Stamping Outside the Box

Now, Ann doesn’t normally use a lot of Petal Pink, but this is twice in one week! And I don’t know if she’d ever piece die cuts like she did here.

She picked the colors from the Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper which is only available in our online store. She threw in a bit of Pebbled Path to stamp the greeting and to give a nice border to the patterned paper. The Dry Brushed Metallic Paper is a carryover from last year and only available in the online store as well.

Because every card could use a little bling!

The best thing is that it’s not at all like the inspiration card and the lady Ann gave the card to loved it.
