Ann wanted to do something different yesterday so she made a tall and thin adventure card.

It’s really a card of encouragement or a thinking of you card, but it didn’t start out that way. It started as a birthday card for Ann’s brother. That’s okay. We’ve got over 600 birthday card ideas here to inspire her to make that card.

It just didn’t end up that way.

It’s a bit hard to take a good picture of the tall and thin cards, but it sure is nice to be able to give them with coordinating envelopes.

You can see part of the envelope in the picture above. Soft Succulent. Great color. And the envelopes are lined too!

We’re mixing the new and the soon to be old on today’s card. You see, the tall slimline die that cut all those strips isn’t going to be in the new catalog. And neither is that patterned paper.

They’ll both show up on a list of retiring things from the January to June (not so) mini catalog.

The Slim Card Dies can be purchased alone or bundled with the Slim Sayings stamp set. but neither of them will be in the new catalog.

Those blues and greens sure to go together well. They’re mostly greens. The Slim Card Dies make lining up the strips as easy as pie. You cut them out and then use the outside part of the paper as a template to line up the strips.

Easy Peasy

We used the Polished Dots to kick it up a notch. One on the bottom corner and two at the top of the strips right in the angle. They come in two colors and they’re going to be gone at the end of June too – unless they sell out early.
