Hope & Prayer

There is so much going on in the world today, we’re glad that we got this Hope & Prayer stamp set from page 71 of the new Annual Catalog.

When Ann made this for a card swap she’s doing with other demonstrators, we thought it would make a good card to encourage someone. Or perhaps a sympathy card.

It’s perfect for someone who has a lot on their mind.

But now it seems like it could be sent to a lot of people who are concerned about this that are happening lately. We hope it would give them some peace of mind.

My favorite huMAN helped Ann make 19 of these and I think she’ll be making more. He ran the Soft Suede piece through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the Splatters Embossing Folder from the Stripes & Splatters 3D Embossing Folders pair.

He cut all the circles with our new favorite set of dies called Stylish Shapes. That really is a keeper set! It’s got all of them! Perfect if you’re starting out and perfect to add to a large collection.

Ann added one of those new little hearts to the dove. I think it’s the perfect place to put it.

Do you see where she used her Soft Succulent Stampin’ Blend to add a bit of color to the branch? She felt like keeping the color within the lines would make the color almost invisible. She meant to put a bigger spot of color.

It almost looks as if that dove is flying in front of a sun or moon.
