So long, farewell, auf….don’t make me sing it! Good-bye 2020 is all I’m thinking about.
We’ve never really thought much about ringing in a new year until this one. 2020 was so unique and I’d like it to stay that way. Not another one like it.
But that’s not how we’re ending it here on the blog. We’re redoing yesterday’s project. And we’re including a video with an upgrade on putting it together to make it even easier to make it. Even easier than it already is.
So here’s the re-do version and how we finished it.
The hardest part was finding the right ribbon for the gift box.
We used the same patterned paper. And if it’s still there, you can get it for half price! It’s great for masculine cards as well as Christmas. You can also see the complete supply list in Tuesday’s post. (Except we used Night of Navy instead of Pretty Peacock.)
You can watch how we made it and learn the simple trick here in our YouTube video. You’ll also see other ribbons that Ann tested before deciding on this one.
For some reason, this ribbon looked better when it was tied in a smaller bow. It’s part of the Boho Indigo Product Medley.
So Good-bye 2020!
How are you celebrating? Wine? Highballs? Soda? Champagne? Mimosas? Ink and paper?
And if you’ve read this far, you should definitely join our mailing list. That is, if you haven’t already. We send weekly projects and sometimes Ann tells secrets she doesn’t spill elsewhere.
Or so it seems.
This is the last day that you can score those 4 December bonus project tutorials. And there’s not much time left on the Giant Year End Clearance.
