Kicking off Sale-a-Bration – our biggest sale of the year – yesterday was just one of the exciting things that happened to us yesterday.
A certain little someone brought my favorite huMAN a get well card – a handmade get well card! One that she made with her own little hands.
You could tell she put a lot of thought and effort into it. We’ll have to show you some pictures tomorrow or perhaps bring it on to the live show we’re planning on Wednesday.
I’ll bark more about that then.
Yes, my favorite huMAN is way too far under the weather. He went to Urgent Care on Monday and then the doctor on Thursday because the symptoms didn’t go away.
The doc wasn’t happy with the test results so they called him back yesterday so Ann went with him. That meant one more blood test, diet restrictions and more tests next week.
Diet restrictions? He’s on a water diet for a few days. Guess that’s one way to lose weight!
So, please say a prayer for him to heal quickly.
Now, onto our card for today. Ann’s missing the demonstrator swap she was supposed to attend in Vacaville but she is sending her finished swaps in so that she can get some back.
Here’s what we designed using lots of free stuff from the Sale-a-Bration selections.
We hope they like it. We’re using that cool Thanks for the Laughs stamp set that Ann’s been counting the minutes to use.
But here are the 3 things she used that you can get free:
You can get the stamp set or the Designer Series Paper with a $50 purchase. You can get the dies for free with a $100 purchase. That’s before tax and shipping.
The Designer Series Paper is so rich looking! It’s handpainted by the Stampin’ Up! Artists. Then they take a camera to take a picture of the painting and print it onto the paper.
It’s so vibrant!
And who wouldn’t want someone to tell them that they’re awesome!?! Ann tells me that about you all the time.
Now that I’ve shown you the free stuff, here’s what else we used.
(And what’s amazing to me is that the inks and papers are not listed on the Designer Series Paper. That doesn’t mean that you can’t use them.)
