Do you remember when I was guiding Ann to make almost 80 swaps? She mailed them in two separate packages to Pennsylvania. And one of the swaps arrived in the mail on Saturday.
You see, we made 40 of the same cards using sets from the new Occasions catalog. And then we exchanged them with 40 of our friends that, like Ann, who used to be on the Advisory Board for Stampin’ Up! during different years
The Advisory Board is a thing of the past now, but for several years, Stampin’ Up! selected up to 8 demonstrators each year to confer with Stampin’ Up!. Ann’s turn was back in 2010. I remember it well. And until Stampin’ Up! discontinued the program, they would have a breakfast or lunch so they could all get together at conventions.
These demonstrators have a shared experience and get together to swap cards at convention and Stampin’ Up! incentive trips. Some of them even take trips together!
We got some great swaps from the Occasions catalog and I can’t wait to share them within one of our Live Streams. Like this one that our friend Colleen made to share.
I’ll be doing sneak peek of some of them on our Wednesday Live Stream, but most of them will be reserved to share with our Master Stampers.
Did you know that we changed the Hostess Code MQTZHSA7 the first of the year? What’s that mean to you? Use the current code when you shop in our online store (or purchase $150+), we’ll include a small gift along with the handmade card we send everyone.
And right now, Stampin’ Up! will give you a free pick from the Sale-A-Bration catalog for every $50 of your order before tax and shipping.
What a great handmade card!
