We went to the same box as I did last week to find our second card to redo as a Wednesday Workover. Here’s the first one we did last week.
Guess what I found!
I found this card that Ann gave to my favorite humAN for Easter in 2005! That’s almost 6 months before I was born!
WOW! I guess Ann didn’t do so bad before I showed up.
So now that Ann’s got 12 more years under her stamps and me as her director and muse, THIS is what we came up with.
I REALLY like it, but maybe it’s because it’s a bit of a masculine card idea.
For those of you who have been reading my barks for a while, you might remember that Easter is Ann’s favorite holiday. Yep. I think we both like this.
Of course, we liked the original version as well.
In case you’re wondering, Ann colored the focal point with these markers:
- Pear Pizzazz
- Old Olive
- Tip Top Taupe
- Early Espresso
Here’s what else we used to make this card. If you want to get started early on your Easter cards, here’s a list of what you can start with.

Are you loving these Wednesday Workovers where we breathe new life into an old card idea?
I like both cards, I think the second one is a beautiful card for Easter but I can see where the first one could have been used for more occasions.
