I helped Ann make a very special thank you card this weekend. It was for the man who oversaw updating our kitchen and main bathroom in November and early December, George Natale.
Ann & my favorite huMAN have been in this house for over 28 years. It was time.
George and his crew took the kitchen & front room from these two pictures taken side by side.

You can see the start of the wall and then it disappears…just like they replaced the doorway from the kitchen to the front hall with a stove!
And the electrician put a LOT of lights all over so that we can stamp with lots of light. (We’re more about ambient light when it’s just us three here.)
We move the couch back and out come the tables.
So here’s the thank you card I designed for Ann to make for George. Could we add more bling? Sure! But not for a guy that runs our favorite construction company!
Since it came from Ann AND my favorite huMAN and blue is my favorite huMAN’s favorite color, we scored on two platforms.

WOWZA! Lovin’ this card…you should enter it at the Paper Players this week…it’s perfect! The little strips of DSP add such a nice touch! AND….love the renovation! I am wanting to do the exact same thing between my kitchen and LR….so happy you shared it so I can show DH!
Glad you liked it. WARNING! It ALWAYS takes longer than expected and George had someone here every day for 7 weeks! He didn’t miss a beat! Can’t even see where the wall was! Get the best you can afford. It’s not something to bargain hunt for.
