It is so awesome that Designer Series Paper is on sale!  (Right now you can get a pack free when you buy 3.)  It’s going to make me focus on using it more.

Now, some of our clients just LOVE Designer Series Paper!  So much so, that they even have a nickname for it – DSP.

And then there are some of you who never have used it.

And I’m here for both of you!

Yesterday, we used the same DSP as today to give you a Baby Card Card idea in Fall colors.  Today, we use the same DSP and one of the colors to make a card for a faithful friend – or even your favorite guy.

Metallic Fall Card

Just a sliver of DSP and a small leaf make all the difference, don’t you think?  And lots of texture from the embossing folder, the slickness of the Copper Metallic Foil Sheets and the Burlap Ribbon.

Do you stamp the inside of your cards?  We stamped on the inside of this one.  And all we used was ONE Christmas greeting stamp set for the whole card.

If you’re going shopping this weekend, be sure to use our newest hostess shopping code 2W3SBY2W so that we can include a small gift of current product along with the reusable card that we send all our online clients.

Stampin’ Up! Card Making Tip

To avoid making  marks on your Metallic Paper….

  • Be sure to use new Cutting Plates with your Big Shot and Framelits
  • It’s also a good idea to cut your Metallic Paper just a bit bigger than your Framelit.
