Is it too soon for Christmas? Are you a procrastinator? Or are you getting your Christmas crafts started now?
We are officially into Fall now so it doesn’t hurt to plan ahead.
When Ann was at Founder’s Circle in St. George, Utah last week, Stampin’ Up! planned the perfect closing night. It went right with the theme of “Home for the Holidays”. the top demonstrators from the United States and Canada.
Stampin’ Up! brought three 10-12′ Christmas trees and split them up into teams of about 35-40 demonstrators. It wasn’t a contest and everyone had a job to do – although they traded off a little towards the end so everyone could try a different project.
This was the tree that Ann helped with. And it only took them an hour! Or was it two? She said the time flew by – and then they went to dinner.
Our clients should be watching their mailbox in a few weeks so you can get some of these way cool decorative star boxes. They’re a “while supplies last” opportunity so you’ would definitely want to get the kit before they’re gone.
Do you see the wooly looking green and vanilla ornament in the background? That’s what Ann worked on. She said that it was easy, but there’s definitely a trick to it.
Here’s a close up. I’m sorry that none of them show the small decorative details. Maybe she can show you on one of her webinars.
And as good as that tree looks, the Stampin’ Up! employees are going to add MORE! I can’t wait to see what they look like!
Ann will be inviting our shoppers to attend a special webinar this week when they shop with us. Just shop here today and you’ll get your choice of three sessions where we’ll be sharing about 25 Fall Holiday projects (Halloween & Thanksgiving). Just be sure to use the hostess code RWB2JEKZ.
But if you’re thinking of these ornaments, you’ll need just these four things from Stampin’ Up. (One roll of twine covers 1-3/4 ornaments in the size they had). And some Whisper White Baker’s Twine wouldn’t hurt.
You should be able to find the clear glass ornaments at a place like Big Lots or perhaps the Dollar Store.
