To Bling or Not to Bling

When is it an over the top card?  When is bling too much bling?  I think we were just about to step over the threshold when we put this bird's eye on. 

First we left it off.  That didn't seem right.

Then we thought – a rhinestone!  and THAT'S when my bling-o-meter went off!  YIKES! Too much bling!

So a pearl seemed just perfect for this little bird.

It's too rainy and sometimes windy around here right now to make it a starry polka dot sky.  And the Chevron Embossing Folder seemed just right with that quirky font in Sassy Salutations. 

And that bird just had to be red!  What a classic color combo – just not always for Christmas:  Night of Navy – Real Red – Very Vanilla – Old Olive and a lot of bling!!
