The Stamp Club girls were here on Tuesday night. Their order is already coming in on Friday! I sure am glad that Ann's a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator. This dog couldn't even MAKE stamps that fast! (Just 3 more days to take advantage of the Free Ink Pads to add to your Starter Kit!)
They did 3 projects. It's that time of year when time is of the essence so everyone loved the quick Christmas card. Barking that, we had to do a glitterfied version later, but I think Ann went a little too over the top.
Here's the one that they did together using Very Vanilla, Garden Green and Not Quite Navy. Ann made it for the first time as everyone watched.
Then last night, she got out the Dazzling Details and went a little crazy! Here's a close up. You can click on it to see those little clear glittery balls or dots on the Christmas tree.
And here's the whole card, complete with sponging.
If you want to know the truth, she had RHINESTONES in the middle of the snowflakes, but I convinced her to take them off! You can't see the glitter so much here. I think if she had it to do over again, she wouldn't put the Dazzling Details on the words. That made it a little over the top for me.
So what do YOU think? Let us know by making a comment below.
In my puppy dreams, I'm thinking no Dazzling Details, but yes to the rhinestones and add a punched out glimmer star to the top of the tree.
A pup can dream, can't he?

It's a great time to be the blog dog of a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
I like the card but I’m a ‘less is more’ person. I would leave the sponging off or only do the tiniest amount. No rhinestones but a very few Dazzling Details highlights on the tree. I always ask myself…what do I want to be the main feature of a card.
I agree!
I like the Dazzling Details on the words, but not the rhinestones on the tree. A punched out glimmer star to the top of the tree would be nice, but remove the sponging. Maybe some glitter on the snowflake if you still feel it needs ‘something’.
You change the sponging on one of the cards, you moved over Merry Christmas on the second card and it also looks like the matting is different than the top card.
I vote for plain. I like that it is so clean and simple. I’m surprised Stamper didn’t want dog prints in the snow. 🙂
My favorite is the one without the glitter/bling. I don’t like the way the sponging looks.
