We're experimenting this week with Quick Christmas Cards. And this is a double experiment.

This experiment is about color depth and a single stamp that you can get for a limited period of time called Bold Snowflake. It's not part of any set and it's only available until January 2nd.

Usually, the background is light and the focal points is dark or bright to set it apart. I told Ann to reverse it so she stamped the Bold Snowflake in Not Quite Navy all over the notecard. ( I barked about those Note Cards & Envelopes #107311 yesterday.)

Then the main snowflake is stamped in Baja Breeze and punched out with the Blossom Punch that matches it.  Is that cool or what?

I forgot to stamp the envelope and show it with it. But we did punch out a Not Quite Navy circle with the 2-1/2" Circle Punch to anchor that Baja Breeze snowflake down.  Otherwise, it was going to be a REAL jumble!  Added a layer of Cardstock Vellum to soften the stark Not Quite Navy and Whisper White.

Ah, the things this dog ponders over for you!
