This new Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper (DSP) is not like any DSP that Stampin’ Up! has ever made before. Their DSP is pretty, but this has a totally different look to it. And because it’s part of the Spring is Blossoming Promotion – well, it’s enough to make even you humans BARK OUT LOUD!
I told my assistant Ann to cut 1″ off the front of the card & there was still room for lots of color! There are lots of colors to choose from when you work with this DSP. We chose Marina Mist, Not Quite Navy & Peach Parfait. We could do that because there are SHADES of the colors listed below in the paper:
- Baja Breeze
- Marina Mist
- Not Quite Navy
- Old Olive
- River Rock
- Soft Suede
- Chocolate Chip
- Cherry Cobbler
- Tangerine Tango
Now, some of those colors are not usually seen together, but they somehow work here – probably because they’re not all on the same sheet. I told Ann to bring in Peach Parfait butterflies from the Big Shot Beautiful Wings Embosslit #118138.
Why did I pick Peach Parfait? Well, the Color Coach, of course!
Tangerine Tango is a lighter version of Cajun Craze. And Peach Parfait is a lighter version of Cajun Craze too! So, according to Stamper Dog’s Color Computations, Peach Parfait should work, right? I think it does. How about you? Just click the LIKE button at the bottom or leave a comment so I’ll get the hint.
Remember, if you don’t get your Four Labels stamp set & Paisley Petals DSP this month, you’ll have to wait until July. That means your Easter & Mother’s Day Cards will be lacking this myriad of color! Just spend $20 & you can buy yourself several packs to hold yourself over! Use any of these ways to let us hook you up.
It's a great time to be the blog dog of a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
