In my canine opinion, most handmade cards are made by women for women.  Now, there are LOTS of talented guys making cards besides what THIS dog.  In fact, Kevin has been a Stampin' Up! demonstrator for longer than Ann's 12 years and Jorge is part of our demonstrator team in Puerto Rico.  I'm just barking… there aren't enough guy cards!

So when one of Ann's favorite guys had shoulder surgery yesterday, we just had to make him something special.  Pastor Nate always goes up & down the aisle at the beginning of many (maybe all 5) of the services & greets & hugs people.  We used the Plane Simple set that's great to add to your collection.  That little border will come in handy.  I'll show you that in a minute, but first – the card!

Once again, we used the Color Coach – Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip, Not Quite Navy & a splash of Riding Hood Red.  On the inside, I dictated the greeting to Ann – "Hope you're flying high soon!"  The "Get Well Soon" greeting is from Teeny Tiny Wishes #115370

Click 4 Close Up We used the Tasteful Trim Bigz XL Die #120893 & our Big Shot to cut out this cool 5-1/2" strip of Not Quite Navy card stock.  Ann originally thought the diamonds & the ovals matched up – but not quite!  So we stamped them on there side by side kind of lining them up (like in the card sample).

I think it looks pretty cool being a little off sides like that.  Of course, the card's not quite straight in the picture.  Hmmmm.  I'm going to have to talk to Ann about that.

If you're looking for that Tasteful Trim Bigz XL Die #120893 in your catalog, it's not there.  But we can still get it for you!  Just click here to order & we'll get it right to you!  (or call or email us if you prefer).

Enjoy your Saturday!  If you're looking for more Guy Cards, we've got a collection of posts here that feature them.  They may be cards we've done for guys or done in guy colors or have a guy on them (like Gnomeo).  But it's a start!  Guys need lovin' too!

It's a great time to be the blog dog of a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
