Hope you all had a great time celebrating Christmas. That makes today Boxing Day – a holiday celebrated in England that goes way back to when people gave their butlers & staff the day after Christmas off along with a little gift in a box – which is why it's called Boxing Day. (You DO know I have British roots, don't you?)
Don't tell Ann I barked so, but I think she looks a little thicker around the middle with all these dinners & parties she's been going to. I'm going to have to get her out on a few walks. And what better way to do that but to convince her to help me show off my new coat!
Don't I look grand? Just click on either picture for a close up look. It was specially made for me by a lady in Sacramento.
They only had girly coats left at the St. Johns Craft Fair in Sacramento earlier this month. The medium was a little too big. The small was too small. So she made me one with a slight alteration.
Do you think I should consider being a model? Nah! I like telling Ann what to stamp & share & chatting with you better.
So on to our sneak peek from the Stampin' Up! 2011 Occasions Mini Catalog. Many of you have told Ann that you've received yours already. LUCKY YOU! I haven't received mine yet! Until I do, I'll have to look at Ann's copy she got mega early because she's a demonstrator.
Here are two cards we made for our favorite kids. The Real Red/Pretty in Pink one is for Bianca who turns 16 on Tuesday. The Marina Mist one is for her brother Jaylen who's turning 8 on New Year's Day. Same format, same stamp set, different look. It's the Stampin' Up! Create-A-Cupcake stamp set (Wood #121915 Clear #121982) & it comes with a matching Cupcake Punch #121807 so you don't have to cut out the cupcake parts. (otherwise, that cherry would NEVER get made!)
I'd like to think that Bianca's looks more mature. We'll see. Hers includes some of that cool Designer Patterns Paper on the current Filled With Love Special
You can order them on January 5th. Or send us your list & payment information & we'll order them for you at that time. They're must haves for the clever stamper.
Of course, in the meantime, you can shop our online store to see what you don't want to do without. There are still some good items on the Clearance Rack that you won't want to miss.
It's a great time to be the blog dog of a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.
Grrreat new winter coat. I do believe red is your color. You look very handsome indeed. Barks!
your Doodles
I just LOVE reading about Stamper’s experiences daily 🙂 Keep up the great stamping Stamper!!!!!
