I slept with the Elizabeth stamp #117120 under my pillow for a couple nights thinking about what I would have Ann do with it. There's a nice sample on page 18 of the Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog, but I wanted something different. Well, this is what I came up with – or at least what Ann's interpretation of my barks.
I'm not sure if she sponged enough. I had her use markers & blender pens. Why? Because we just got a new Riding Hood Red pad & I wanted to keep it nice just a little longer. She scribbled the marker onto a used up paper that holds Stampin' Dimensionals. Then she picked up the color with the blender pen & colored with it. If she wanted a deeper color, she used the marker directly. Repurposing! That's a true crafter's way of doing things.
There's also some Smooch Accent on there if you really look closely.
Just in case you don't recognize it, that's the new Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch #119275. Doesn't that look cool? It's really a must have so that you can make paper ribbon of any color you wish.
It hardly took any time at all to color it. You know how I like my stamping – fast & fabulous – just like me!
