Is it Time for a Sympathy Card Idea?

Yes, it’s time for a sympathy card idea. We’re going to miss our friend LaVerne. Ann and my favorite huMAN celebrated with her at her 100th birthday party last year.

Can you imagine that? 100! They even put a huge article and picture in the paper for that. It wasn’t just for her reaching 100 years, but it was to celebrate a life well lived.

Is Someone Sick?

Do you know anyone who’s not feeling well? We both know that a handmade card will make them feel instantly better.

OK. Almost instantly.

It’s the next best thing to having a dog sit on their lap. You know, we don’t do enough Get Well cards, so today we’re going to feature one in Melon Mambo, Basic Black & Crumb Cake.

We’ve got a long distance family member who could use a bright and cheery get well card after a few days laid up in the hospital.

Leftover Vintage Squared

Have you made anything fun with leftovers lately? I’m not talking aobut food. I’m talking about the leftover supplies you have from making a card or other paper crafting project.

Those of you who have been around me at all know I like to sneak a little chew in every now and then.

Not tobacco! I sometimes like to she a little piece of cardstock between my teeth & my cheek.

I was helping Ann clean up after the Yuba City Stamp Club was over here the other night. I found a piece of cardstock that was a pretty nice size and just too pretty to chew.
