Something for Newlyweds

Here’s a card that could be a little something for newlyweds. but it doesn’t have to be.

Ann wishes that she made it for a couple that are engaged. The young man used to live here and went off to be a missionary over in some pretty hard places in Europe.

Somewhere along the way, he met a nice girl from Kansas, got engaged and brought her back for everyone to meet. Ann didn’t get to meet her because she was under the weather, but she sent a card. Ann didn’t like the card, but it was made in the shape of a heart and had their initials on it.

Or something like that.

But this is the card she wished she would’ve made – so she made lots of them for swaps at Stampin’ Up!’s OnStage convention event in Long Beach, California.

And once we find out what color the wedding is, we’d like to make it for them in those colors.

While Ann wasn’t able to get to the card shower they held for them, my favorite huMAN went and sent home pictures.

I can’t wait until she comes home tonight. she’ll open her swaps and her prizes and gifts. I know she had a good time and learned lots of new stuff that she’ll probably share with you on Tuesday.
