There’s a lot of rearranging going on in our stamp room right now. But Ann took some time out to make a card.

She even shared this quick preview with our Facebook friends in the Dog Pound.

Ann has a soft spot in her heart for collage cards. They remind her of the art classes she took in high school. Little did she know then that she would be making art and doing crafts throughout most of her life.

Now, about that cleaning thing…

It’s a good thing that the apprentice is held at bay during this rearranging of everything. He likes to grab paper just as I did back when I was a pup.

But I think that she’ll be changing that top sheet of grid paper pretty soon.

Here’s a better look at what she came up with.

It might not look it, but she used two colors of rich brown on this. But first she stamped those words using Pebbled Path, but stamping it off on the grid paper first.

Then she stamped the foliage in Pecan Pie. Finally, she stamped the greeting and cut the die cut foliage using Copper Clay.

And, in case you didn’t notice, she used a Blending Brush to spread Pebbled Path around 3 of the edges of the Very Vanilla. She just avoided the notebook edge on the left.

One Stamp Card

Did you realize that Ann made this card using one bundle and one embossing folder? Of course, there are a couple different colors too. And I’m pretty partial to those Festive Pearls to add a bit of gold to this collage card for a friend.
