The Perfect Prize for Popcorn Day

Did you know that yesterday was Popcorn Day?

The only reason Ann didn’t celebrate it was because she had a doctor’s appointment and thought the salt might tip the scales.

I don’t understand! How heavy can salt be?

So when Ann went to the demonstrator shoebox swap, she got to win a prize. (We shared the prize table in this post.)

And this is the prize she picked!

Ann loves popcorn! Especially kettle corn! So she couldn’t resist bringing home 2 packages of Jiffy Pop. One was decorated like in the picture. The other is ready to pop.

She told me that she doesn’t ever remember eating any Jiffy Pop popcorn, but that doesn’t mean that she didn’t.

We liked it so much that we made the card with a slightly different greeting with our local stamp club. (Sorry. No popcorn for them, but we did show it to them!)

Isn’t it awesome? Have you figured out how they attached the card to the front? They cut the top of the clear envelope off and then attached it to the Jiffy Pop with Mini Glue Dots.

We should send one of these to our 24/7 Stamper, Sharon, who just became a qualified demonstrator. AND our friend Lynda joined our team of 24/7 Stampers yesterday.
