Pick Your Free Item

I just love the stamps and accessories you can get free this year from Stampin’ Up! during their biggest sale of the year.

And with this project, you can pick to get one or both items free. The project will work well either way!

First, the naked one. Naked? Yep.

The free item on this one – and really both projects – is the card base and matching envelope.

They’re called Tutti-Frutti Cards and Envelopes #147242. You get 16 preprinted card bases and matching envelopes in 4 colors:

Calypso Coral (like we used here)
Daffodil Delight
Lemon Lime Twist
Pool Party

But once we made the card above, I reminded Ann that Stampin’ Up! was offering free ribbon too! AND it’s shimmery! It comes in 3 colors and sizes. They’re calling it the Shimmer Ribbon Pack #147243:

1/4″ Basic Gray
1/8″ Bermuda Bay
3/8″ Calypso Coral

We used two colors of Stampin’ Blends with this in both light and dark: Calypso Coral and Old Olive. And we’ve never used the new Scattered Sequins Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder until we used it on this card.

WHY DID WE WAIT SO LONG!?!?

Now, if you preferred to get the ribbon, you COULD use Calypso Coral cardstock as the folding card base.

And if you preferred to get the Tutti-Frutti card bases and envelopes, you could make this without the ribbon.

It’s totally up to you.
