She put the red layer down with Fast Fuse so she was committed. So instead of tying it all the way around and securing it between layers, she cut a straight piece and then attached the ribbon with Fast Fuse.

We LOVE that Black Shimmer Ribbon! It’s so elegant!
Of course, you could just give this to someone who likes music – or maybe their favorite Christmas song is Little Drummer Boy.
