So how many stages do you go through on your way to the perfect card?

If you don’t like the original card as much as you thought you would,

  • Do you throw it away start over?
  • Do you take the card apart to reconstruct?
  • Do you send that one off and do a new one?

Here’s the original card we made.  It’s okay.  You might even like it best.

Kraft Halloween Card

It’s the perfect size – the Crumb Cake Note Cards & Envelopes.  You don’t have to write a lot inside.  And you get 20 note cards AND envelopes for just $6.  Gotta love that as the perfect base to build on.

But we didn’t like this one as much as the next step.

Ann ripped off the pumpkin – which, by the way, was cut out with the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch rather than the Framelits.  We HAVE the Big Shot and the matching framelits, but Ann did the fussy cut thing on those leaves.

Then she put half of one of those Spider Doilies on there & punched out a new greeting for THIS take on the card.

Kraft Halloween Card

I almost think that the bow makes the pumpkin look like a type of Minnie Pearl.

What do YOU think?

Kraft Halloween Card

A little card like this could really perk up someone’s day in October.  And with Happy Haunting Washi Tape and the Fine Tip Glue, they’re very easy to mass produce.

Here’s what we used.  We’re happy to help you get it.  Just click on any picture to get the details or to rev up your shopping cart.

This just may be the Halloween when you get everything done and out on time!

And if you use the current shopping code that we have listed in the top right of this page, you’ll get a small gift with the reusable thank you card we send you next month.  (We’ve listed the Big Shot and the Framelits if you’d like to have them, but we didn’t use them this time.)

Just remember that the Spider Web Doilies are on back order.  (We warned you!)  If you order now, you’ll be at the top of the list when they come in.
